  • Starting prices. The firm quote follows a free scoping call, on a written scope.
  • Prices exclude tax. Clients in Tunisia: VAT added. Clients outside Tunisia: exported services, normally with no Tunisian VAT.
  • Your domain, content, data and logo (SVG files included) are yours. The code remains ours: you have unlimited use of it. It can be transferred to you on quote.
  • A second language is never charged extra.

Common questions

Are these prices fixed?

They are starting prices. After a short free scoping call you get a firm quote on a written scope, which does not move afterwards.

What happens after the first year?

The yearly renewal covers domain, hosting, email and DNS, plus small updates. The domain is in your name, so you stay free.

Do I own the source code?

You have unlimited use of your site or application, and your content, data, logo and domain are yours. The code itself remains ours — that is what keeps our prices low. If you want it, a source code transfer is available on quote.

Are prices before or after tax?

Before tax. For a client in Tunisia, VAT is added. For a client abroad it is an exported service, normally with no Tunisian VAT.

What is the difference between the simple chatbot and the advanced assistant?

The simple chatbot is given your company information directly (site, FAQ, services): ideal for everyday questions. The advanced assistant (RAG) is for when you have many documents: they are chunked, embedded and stored in a database so the AI can find the right passage among thousands and cite it.

Do I own the logo?

Yes. It is delivered as SVG (vector, scales to any size) and PNG, light and dark, with the rights.

Is a second language included?

Yes, in every pack. French/English or French/Arabic.

Why do prices differ by region?

Because budgets and markets differ. The work delivered is the same.
