The problem
SDMCO works on roads, asphalt surfacing, engineering structures, drainage, industrial buildings and modern abattoirs, and bids for work that is often decided by people outside Guinea. The site had to carry that range credibly in both French and English, and stay fast on a mobile connection despite being photography-heavy.
What we did
- Designed and built a bilingual FR/EN site with a language switch and correct hreflang.
- Structured the content around the actual business: expertise, flagship projects, values, news and a quote request.
- Built it on Next.js so the pages are static and fast, with images optimised for mobile bandwidth.
- Technical SEO from the start: sitemap, metadata, structured data.
- Domain, hosting and SSL set up and handed over.
